Founded in 2011 by experienced ex-corporate banker, Kevin Ward, Conatus Financing Solutions is designed to help businesses of all sizes get the right funding with the best possible terms, conditions, pricing and security. Warehousing & Logistics
The client came to us for a standalone development loan and were happy to stay with their existing bank. However, we quickly identified that this was a strong business with considerable bargaining power when it came to securing favourable loan terms. We tendered the development loan and banking out to a number of high street banks and even with the lending and other fees included, the re-banking exercise worked out circa. £300,000 cheaper than taking a standalone development loan through their existing bank.
